Following 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Mark founded 25sevenIT, one of London's top Managed IT Services Providers. 25sevenIT enjoyed impressive annual growth of 24%, resulting in £5m revenue and 22% EBITDA upon exit in 2018. Mark joined the CloudMatters board as CEO, ensuring the people and processes are in place to provide a unique and exceptional experience for customers.

Following 12 years in Managed Service start-up, Michael worked through several roles before finalising as a project engineer, helping to deliver £500,000 of project revenue in 2018. He founded CloudMatters in September 2020 as Managing Director. Michael's mantra for delivering best-in-class service is through the use of tools and automation.

Matt has over 20 years' experience in the Managed IT Services sector. As part of a Managed Service startup in 2006, Matt held numerous roles as it grew to achieve £5m in revenue prior to exit in 2018. Matt joined CloudMatters in January 2022 to develop the service proposition and sales operation.

Kieran joined CloudMatters in 2021 as Operations Director. His primary focus is on building an exceptional customer-oriented service desk that caters to the ever-growing demands of clients. With over a decade of expertise in the managed service provider domain, Kieran is a driving force in elevating customer experiences and service excellence.
